RADIOFREQUENCY MICRONEEDLING

Radiofrequency microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that combines two techniques: microneedling and radiofrequency (RF) energy. It can be used to address various skin concerns, including wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, uneven skin tone, and skin laxity.

Here’s how it works:

radiofrequency microneedling
1. Microneedling: This involves the use of a device with tiny gold plated needles that create controlled micro-chanels in the skin. These micro-injuries stimulate the body’s natural healing response, promoting collagen and elastin production, and leading to skin rejuvenation and improved texture.
2. Radiofrequency (RF) energy: RF energy is delivered to the deeper layers of the skin through the microneedles. This heat energy helps to further stimulate collagen production and tighten the skin, leading to a more youthful appearance and improvement in skin laxity.

Treatment & Results:

First step

During the procedure, which lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes, the skin is first cleansed, followed by the application of a numbing cream to minimize discomfort. After that, the machine is used to treat the desired area.

Second step

Results from the procedure may become noticeable within a few weeks, but optimal improvements typically occur around 3 months after the treatment.
